Velvet Moon is a refined indica-dominant hybrid created by pairing Dosidos, one of the USA’s most loved dessert cultivars, with Holy Punch, a project developed by Franco Loja before his passing.
The result is a vigorously growing, resin-drenched plant that hits hard, smells divine, and keeps you smiling long after the smoke fades.
Aroma-wise, she offers a mouth-watering fusion of fresh fruit, creamy lemon, and rich earth, finished off with a velvety-smooth exhale.
The effects are fast-hitting and cerebral upfront, easing gently into a mellow, long-lasting body buzz that’s both social and deeply relaxing.
Genetics & Origins
• Dosidos delivers heavy trichome density, potency, and dessert-like sweetness with earthy depth
• Holy Punch adds fruit-forward terps, floral complexity, and tight, golf ball-style calyx stacking
• Franco’s final touches shine in the aesthetic structure, clean high, and unmistakable sweet funk
Effects & Experience
• Immediate head rush — uplifting, mentally alert, and euphoric
• Fades into a calm, full-body buzz — relaxing but not sedating
• Excellent balance of mood elevation and physical relief
• Lasts for several hours with no crash
Ideal for creative tasks, chill sessions, or decompression after a long day.
Flavor & Aroma
• Sweet fruit with earthy lemon-lime zest
• Creamy, slightly nutty finish with herbal and floral tones
• Balanced between dessert and gas — smooth, aromatic, and very loud
This is fruit-forward funk with complexity — cleaner than Gelato, but heavier on the punch and citrus.
