Include Shipping Insurance

1. What Is Covered: Shipping insurance covers the following for domestic shipments: Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit and is not delivered, you will be eligible for a gift card for the full purchase price of the insured items. Please note, items that have no cost associated (such as free promotional items) are not eligible for replacement. Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, eligible for a gift card for the full purchase price of the insured items. Please note, items that have no cost associated (such as free promotional items) are not eligible for replacement. Stolen/Misdelivered Shipments: If your shipment is stolen or misdelivered eligible for a gift card for the full purchase price of the insured items. Please note, items that have no cost associated (such as free promotional items) are not eligible for replacement. You will need to obtain a letter from your local post office stating that the package was stolen or misdelivered. A claim will only be processed upon receipt of this letter.

2. What is not covered Items that are delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. Any delays in shipping or delivery times. Including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or carrier related issues.

3. Claim Process Email Support@MultiverseBeans.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date for lost shipments and 7 days of receiving a damaged package. Provide clear pictures of damaged items, packaging materials and the bubble mailer or box. Once a claim is received, we will review the case and determine if you are eligible.

4. Shipping Insurance Cost The cost for shipping insurance will be clearly stated at checkout. By selecting the option to purchase shipping insurance, you agree to pay this additional fee, which is non-refundable.

5. Valid Claims: Once we determine your claim is valid we will issue you a gift card in the amount that you paid for the items, excluding freight costs and taxes.

6. Customer Responsibility: By purchasing shipping insurance, you agree to ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. Failure to do so may result in issues that are not covered by insurance.
