Paul was Soo helpful to me! I kinda freaked out, because after I ordered I couldn't find it there was a germination guarantee and didn't want to waste money I didn't really have so I reached out and Paul let me know there is a germination guarantee and made me feel better about the order! And let me know he was going to look into the website to make sure the germination guarantee was on there and easily seen- which I didn't expect but it's nice to see when placing any order :)

i absolutely LOVE multiverse beans! i have seriously had nothing but the best customer service from them. i’ve only ever had one issue (absolutely nothing caused by them) but they immediately resolved it with no hassle! my orders are always very well packed and always contain extra goodies! in addition to free stickers, i also received a personalized handwritten note. you really don’t see companies caring that much these days. so for that, MVB will always have my business and you should give them a try too! you won’t be disappointed. 🙂

Whenever I have any issues I contact customer service and they help me out ASAP! Pretty much any popular breeder out there is on this site. Plus you get some cool freebies. Excellent customer service and seem like they genuinely care about their customers! Had a question about my order and got a response within a couple hours and order literally shipped day of.
