Are your products legal in my country?

We can't provide any details about the legal status of our products in your country.

It's up to you to check your local laws and regulations before placing an order.

How do I place an order?

Browse and select the items that you wish to purchase.

Add items to your shopping cart using the “Add to Cart” button and amounts when appropriate.

Click the "Cart" icon to check out.

Follow the instructions on the payment page.

Can I modify an existing order?

We process all orders within one business day after payment is accepted. Once your order is being prepared, it can't be changed.

If you need to make changes, please contact our Support team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests, but we can't guarantee it.

How do I cancel my order?

The cancellation process depends on your order's status:

Order in Preparation: To request a cancellation, please use the Contact form and include your order number.
Order Shipped: Unfortunately, shipped orders cannot be canceled.

What is your return policy?

We do not take any returns. However, you can email us at support@multiversebeans.com, and we will do everything we can to make it right.

How do coupon codes work?

Coupon codes work only on non sale items.

You can enter the code at checkout.

Can you retroactively honor a sale or promotion?

No. If a sale or promotion is not active at the time of checkout, we cannot honor it.
This also means that if an item is sold out, it does not count toward a promotion.

The only exception is if the issue is due to a mistake on our end (such as a technical error). In that case, we’ll always make it right.
