Can I modify an existing order?

We process all orders within one business day after payment is accepted. Once your order is being prepared, it can't be changed.

How do I cancel my order?

Order in preparation: Contact us using the Contact form. Make sure to include the order number you want to cancel.

Order shipped: Shipped orders can't be canceled.
